World Export is committed to supplying products that conform to the specifications, quality requirements, and commercial terms agreed upon in the sales contract.
In the event of any quality-related concerns, we are committed to investigating and resolving claims in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Scope of Claims
Customers may submit a claim if the delivered goods are believed to differ materially from the contractual specifications or shipment documentation.
Claims may include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive moisture content
- Product contamination
- Packaging damage
- Significant quantity discrepancies
- Quality parameters that materially differ from the agreed specifications
- Physical damage affecting product usability
All claims are subject to review and verification.
Claim Notification Procedure
To facilitate prompt investigation, customers are requested to notify World Export as soon as possible after cargo arrival and inspection.
The claim submission should include:
- Description of the issue
- Photographs or videos of the affected cargo
- Relevant shipment information
- Independent inspection reports, if available
- Supporting documentation demonstrating the claimed discrepancy
Timely notification helps ensure accurate assessment and resolution.
Investigation Process
Upon receipt of a claim, World Export will review all relevant documentation, including:
- Pre-shipment inspection records
- Quality control reports
- Loading records
- Shipping documents
- Customer-provided evidence
Where necessary, both parties may agree to appoint an independent inspection organization to verify the condition of the cargo and determine the cause of the issue.
Moisture-Related Considerations
As biomass products are naturally influenced by environmental conditions, moisture levels may be affected by factors occurring during ocean transportation, storage, handling, or unloading.
Claims related to moisture variations will be evaluated based on contractual specifications, inspection records, transportation conditions, and supporting evidence provided by both parties.
Resolution of Claims
World Export is committed to addressing all verified claims in a fair, professional, and commercially reasonable manner.
Upon completion of the investigation process, both parties shall discuss the findings and seek an amicable resolution based on the supporting evidence, contractual obligations, and the specific circumstances of the claim.
Any corrective actions, compensation arrangements, or other commercial remedies, if applicable, shall be determined through mutual agreement between the parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant sales contract.
The final resolution will be subject to the nature of the claim, the results of the verification process, and the applicable contractual provisions.
Limitation of Liability
World Export is not responsible for product deterioration, contamination, damage, or quality changes resulting from:
- Improper storage after delivery
- Extended storage periods beyond normal handling conditions
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions after discharge
- Mishandling by third parties
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control during transportation or destination handling
Our Commitment
We value long-term partnerships and strive to resolve all concerns professionally and efficiently. Through comprehensive quality control procedures, shipment documentation, and transparent communication, World Export aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and responsible commercial practices.
