General Accountant |
Job Description:
- Receive and review invoices and accounting documents submitted by various departments. Record accounting transactions and reconcile detailed and general ledger data using the MISA accounting software.
- Monitor and allocate manufacturing costs, calculate product costs, and reconcile inventory data with the warehouse and relevant departments.
- Control inventory movements (inbound, outbound, and stock balance), manage cash receipts and payments, monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconcile balances with customers and suppliers, issue VAT invoices, and track invoice usage and supplier payments.
- Review monthly tax declarations, perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, maintain accounting records, and prepare financial statements and tax reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Monitor daily bank transactions and work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other relevant parties when required.
- Verify the accuracy, validity, and legality of accounting documents, monitor operating expenses, and contribute to improving financial management efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors. Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- ·Minimum of 3 year of experience in general accounting.
- Preference for candidates with experience in logistics, trading, or import-export companies.
- Strong skills in data compilation, synthesis, and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MISA accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and honest in work.
- Proactive, quick problem-solving skills, strong analytical ability, and willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced work demands.
- Excellent planning skills, serious work attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Friendly, collaborative, with a strong team spirit and a commitment to long-term stability with the company.
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
