World Export is committed to maintaining transparent, secure, and efficient commercial transactions for international customers.
To support long-term partnerships and smooth order execution, we follow clearly defined procedures for order confirmation, payment arrangements, shipment scheduling, and delivery coordination.
Order Placement Process
Our standard order process includes:
1. Inquiry & Quotation
Customers provide product specifications, quantity requirements, destination information, and preferred delivery terms.
Based on these requirements, World Export issues a formal quotation outlining product specifications, commercial terms, and shipment conditions.
2. Order Confirmation
Upon agreement of commercial terms, both parties proceed with contract confirmation or purchase order acceptance.
The agreement typically defines:
- Product specifications and quality requirements
- Quantity and shipment schedule
- Delivery terms
- Payment terms
- Loading and destination ports
- Documentation requirements
3. Production & Shipment Planning
After order confirmation, production and logistics schedules are coordinated to ensure timely delivery and efficient vessel allocation.
Customers receive shipment updates throughout the order fulfillment process.
Accepted Payment Methods
World Export supports internationally recognized payment methods for bulk export transactions, including:
1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
T/T payment arrangements may be applied according to mutually agreed commercial terms between both parties.
2. Letter of Credit (L/C)
For large-volume transactions or specific market requirements, payment via Letter of Credit may be accepted subject to contract agreement.
Payment conditions are determined individually for each transaction and are clearly specified in the sales contract.
International Trade Terms (Incoterms)
World Export supports various internationally recognized Incoterms depending on customer requirements and destination markets.
Commonly used terms include:
- FOB (Free On Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
- CFR (Cost and Freight)
- Other Incoterms as mutually agreed
The applicable Incoterm will be clearly stated in the sales contract and shipment documentation.
Shipment Conditions
For each order, shipment arrangements are defined according to the agreed contract terms, including:
- Delivery schedule
- Loading port
- Destination port
- Partial shipment conditions (if applicable)
- Transshipment conditions (if applicable)
- Vessel scheduling and freight coordination
World Export works closely with shipping lines and logistics partners to ensure efficient cargo movement and reliable delivery performance.
